  • I’m having trouble logging in. What do I do?

    Click ‘Sign in’ button on the top right to sign up, log in or to reset your password. The button is under `Menu` if you are using mobile devices. Choose ‘Create a new account` for signing up, ‘Forgot Password` to reset password.

  • Are these live classes, and is there a schedule?

    Almost all of our classes are pre-recorded. We occasionally do live classes on our Instagram page, so follow us there if you want to stay updated on the latest live classes.

  • Will the old classes get deleted, or are they there forever?

    We don’t plan on deleting any of the old classes. You will have access to all of them as long as your courses or membership are not expired

  • How many new classes are there each year?

    Currently we have over 200 courses.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    The membership is one-time payment and it’s up to you to renew or not, so no need to worry about cancelling the membership plan. If you have any problems, you can contact us through email or Instagram (siod_online_class).

  • Can I get a refund?

    Sorry, due to the attribute of online classes, the subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Is your service available in my country?

    Our service is available worldwide! However, a handful of countries and internet service providers might block either our site or American websites in general. If you are having trouble viewing our site, consider trying a VPN service.

  • How can I download the classes for offline use?

    Sorry, but the classes can only be viewed online and you can’t download a file.

  • Do you have single class purchases?

    No , we don’t sell courses separately.

  • What does it mean that the classes are “mirrored”?

    We flip some of the classes so that you can more easily follow along. For instance, when the choreographer lifts their arm to the side, you should lift your arm to the same side. When they say “right” it truly means “right” to you as well.

  • Is it a subscription or one time payment?

    It’s not a subscription. It’s one time payment. You will not be billed automatically when the membership is expired.

  • Is there an app?

    We currently don’t have apps but we plan to do it. Please stay tuned for new changes.

  • How do I connect this to my TV?

    You can use Chromecast, Apple TV, or a wired connection (usually HDMI) from your laptop.

  • Do you have beginner classes?

  • Are there subtitles in my language?

    Unfortunately we don’t have subtitles on our site at this time.

  • Is this free? How does this work?

    59$ / one month/30 days (access to all courses) 199$ / half year/ 182 days (access to all courses) You will have an access for more than 200 hundred courses and thousands of videos including new classes.   • Can I post myself doing the choreography on Instagram?

    Sure! We’d actually love for you to do so. Just make sure to tag the choreographer as well as @siod_online_class so we can see your progress!

  • Are there any discount codes or promotions going on?
